HOW TO ACQUIRE SERVICES FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION/SCHOOL

Step 1: Schedule a Consultation

Step 3: Submit Required Documents

Step 1: Schedule a Consultation

The first step is scheduling a meeting with your school’s principal, director, or designated decision-maker. During this consultation, we discuss your specific goals, assess your site’s needs, and outline how ACR can support your students. Every program is customized based on your vision, schedule, space, and student population.

Step 2: Tailor Your Program

Step 3: Submit Required Documents

Step 1: Schedule a Consultation

After the consultation, we develop a customized plan that aligns with your school or organization's mission. Our services can be designed to:

  • Supplement or enhance existing afterschool programs

  • Serve students across grades K–12

  • Operate during the school year, summer, and/or weekends

  • Align with your academic goals, enrichment needs, or compliance requirements

Programs may include educational support, tutoring, test prep, social-emotional learning (SEL), performing and visual arts, STEM, literacy, and daily USDA-approved meals.

Step 3: Submit Required Documents

Step 3: Submit Required Documents

Step 3: Submit Required Documents

To get your site approved and operational, the following documentation is required:

  • Certificate of Occupancy

  • Recent Fire Inspection Report

  • Student Enrollment Roster

  • Proof of Insurance (if applicable)

These documents help us ensure compliance with local and federal regulations, including USDA and Bright from the Start standards.

Step 3: Submit Required Documents

Whenever possible, ACR hires qualified teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff directly from within your organization or school. This promotes continuity for your students and creates supplemental income opportunities for your existing team.

If your site already operates an afterschool or extended learning program, ACR can complement your efforts by integrating our USDA meal program and academic enrichment services—strengthening your program while reducing your internal workload.
